Task 6 Additional Conditions
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Add a new Question Element to Article 3
Let’s continue with Article 3 (Repayment). Add a new Question Element to Article 3 “Repayment of the Loan” by going to the Clauses & Elements panel and dragging a Question to just below the article title “Repayment of the Loan”.
Step 2: Enter a question “How do you want to repay the loan?”
Now enter “How do you want to repay the loan?” as the question.
Step 3: Enter “Lump-Sum”, and “In Installments for the responses
For the responses, enter “Lump-Sum”, and “In Installments”. Remember to use the green + button, or the Enter key, to confirm (as we did in Task 4).
Step 4: Click on the Conditions & Repeats panel
Click on the Conditions & Repeats panel in the left vertical menu. We want to make paragraph 3.1 conditional if the loan is paid as a “lump-sum”, and paragraph 3.2 conditional if the loan is paid “in installments”. Each of these Conditions are found in the suggestions on the left.
Step 5: Find the Condition, “Question How do you want…is set to Lump-sum”
Find the Condition, “Question How do you want…is set to Lump-sum”, and drag and drop it to paragraph 3.1.
Step 6: Find the Condition, “Question How do you want…is set to In Installments”
Find the Condition, “Question How do you want…is set to In Installments” and drag and drop it to paragraph 3.2.
Step 7: Save and Test Legito Template
Save your Legito Template and test the newly applied Conditions.
